Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections and add your favourite items to your bag.

When you’re ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your purchase.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been dispatched yet.

If your order has already shipped, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy to arrange a return.

What’s the cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (UK time) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.


Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Which payment methods do you accept?

FiftyFiveStyles never stores your card or payment details on our servers.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period on eligible items.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@fiftyfivestyles.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will send you a return authorisation and instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank’s processing time may affect when the funds appear in your account.

What if I received a faulty or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
